Went to pull in for service and in the drive-thru was a kid ( looked about 16) playing basketball with a hoop on the wall in the lane. 1st of all far from professional and not what you would expect from a dealership. Secondly I'm not taking the chance of getting my car hit. Don't know what they could be thinking?? But definitely not what there customer would think for sure..

I have been dealing with these guys for over 30 years. I am guessing that we have purchased 10 or more cars there. I can honestly say that I will never purchase or service a car anywhere else. Simply the best around. Sales is honest and upfront. Service department is reasonably priced and seem to really care about us.
I had my 2024 Nissan Ariya with only 9,000 miles towed via Roadside assistance to Delaney Nissan because I had a flat tire that couldn’t be repaired. They provided a price to replace two tires that were the same as what came on the vehicle but were $100 higher than a local tire shop. Although Nissan shows a Nissan Tire Match program in the MyNissan owner portal the service & parts manager wouldn’t honor the program. What they call "free" inspection is their way of cheating the customer. Getting the needed service elsewhere makes them extremely angry. They accuse their customer of getting the "wrong" replacement part because it was 1/3 of their price. They shake the part in the customer's face and called us stupid because we could have gone elsewhere for the inspection. Went all the way up to Nissan headquarters. Seems like it is common practice.
I bought my car in January of 2022. It is a Chevy Trailblazer RS 2022. Recently, I noticed my passenger side mirror melted along with 3-4 other areas on the car. They are all in completely different spots. I reached out to the salesman, Arthur and was ignored. They found a way to get out of a $500 rebate for my military service. I was buying a new Suburban at a cost of almost $85,000! I was paying full MSRP, almost $900 in dealer fees and they wanted to load up with dealer installed extras for even more money. When they do this to you, just speak with your money and walk away! They are not the only dealer with cars. Terrible business practices. Let's remember these kinds of dealers when we buy next time!
Really had a great experience at this dealership. Low pressure sales and not trying to push a car on me just to sell a car. They answered my many questions politely, honestly and with knowledge. We have been searching for a new car, and Stoltz had what we wanted. We live in PA, but because we aren't in " their local area" they wanted to upcharge us $3000 extra. Is that even legal?!!! They did respond to our request quickly, to let us know the car was available, but we will definitely not be going there. VERY UNSATISFIED customer

Well didn’t go here with good credit. Salesperson was a good guy. But be very careful of what the financial people say and do. Expected one thing and of course it changed to there favor. Again be careful take notes and if it don’t feel right don’t do it. Didn’t even get a Manual on a 2018 Nice
Sales director is the rudest guy i have ever seen. Shake your hand and no mask in covid times refused to lower price even a dollar despite lots if scratches and lower comparatives. We came twice in 4 days to see the car from 50miles away and they could not clean it inside (many stains) or change a plastic rail which should take no time. Lots of scratches all over especially on the whole right side where the car clearly scraped against something.
Talked with Director of used cars by phone and came to an agreement on price. to visit dealer was 2plus hours from home. After 10 miles called Director to confirm I was enroute. Was told a deposit was put down Friday, this was on Monday. Returned home and later had a call from sales and explained he took the deposit on Saturday?? An hour later I get a call from customer service, explain to her and informed she will get right back to me. Never heard from again. 3 phone calls and 3 LIES. Your Mom has to be PROUD.
I unfortunately went went to this dealership. They have given me the worst experience I’ve ever had. I live in New Jersey my transmission went in Pittsburgh. They charged me $4500 for a USED transmission. Also charged me for a rental car the whole time. They “ordered the wrong part” and added an extra six days to my stay. I was stranded out in Pittsburgh for a total of three weeks. Oh and want to hear the best part? My transmission still ISNT fixed and now my car WONT EVEN TURN ON. STAY AWAY.
Have had an issue in vehicle since day one. Have now had the car for over 13 months. They had it for a WEEK and only tried to see the issue "several times". Did the same thing to us again within two days. Corporate is less help than talking to a wall. This is my third and last Hyundai. Service department here has been going downhill drastically since they added Mopar. Done with them.
Great service very thoughtful and courteous in explaining service work. Explained recalls. Very senstive and caring. Close to Mall drop me off and pickup when work is complete.
Enjoyed my time looking for the right model and the sales person was extremely helpful in my decision. And I want it to be known, it was my decision.
Overall experience went well, friendly customer service made me feel comfortable. Walked me through the financing process as well. Answered my questions, explained car's features. I was loyal to a different car maker but feel my decision to switch makers was correct and look forward to the future with Hyundai.

My only issues are I asked about the pricing on a sport model and all they told me was it was a 3000 dollar sticker price difference. The guys on the floor were really nice and patient. But the day I went in to look at some cars they ran a credit check which I was OK with, the day after I told them no I didn't want to buy the car they ran another credit check and they were both hard. This caused my credit score to tank. So just beware that if you are going in to look at a car don't let them run a credit check until you are sure you wanna buy the car.

Worked with Landon at the dealership through a number of pricings and cars. The process over all went pretty quick. And the customer service was great.
